'New Beginnings comes from the idea that it is a new health journey and beginnings for our practice members, many of whom may not have had Chiropractic care previously. We provide a lot of education around the importance of health and the nervous system for the function of the whole body. Our logo incorporates an alternative picture of the "Tree of Life" with flowers blossoming indicating new life and new growth', says owner Rosina Walker. It is also a New Beginnings for us, having 1st opened in 2020.

New Beginnings moved from Onekawa recently. Rosina has been in business in Onekawa for 3.5yrs, setting up New Beginnings in 2020. Prior to this, she was at another Chiropractic clinic in Napier city for more than seven years.

Rosina chose Taradale as a location because she lives local in Greenmeadows. Taradale is a great location for her team as it is a busy thriving area, with lots of families and retired people. The New Beginnings teams' mission is to "make our community healthier, one spine at a time". Rosina says we've recently expanded, with the lovely Dr. Holly joining us 3 months ago, so we decided to upgrade to a larger practice space'.

Chiropractic care is using multiple techniques that are suited to the individual, including Temporomandibular joint, Cranial, and extremities, with associated rehab exercises, and spinal orthotics. New Beginnings also offer a range of supplements.  Rosina says she sees lot of pregnant mums-to-be, and babies. Her daughter, Alyssa operates our Cold Laser machine (Photobiomodulation Therapy), a red ultraviolet light which is awesome for Burstis, sprains, strains, arthritis, sporting injuries and more.

Haivng been in practice for 23 years and graduating from the NZ College of Chiropractic, Rosina I have had Chiropractic offices in Auckland & Singapore, before moving to the Hawkes Bay. Something people don't know about Rosina, is that she has previously been a Radiographer for 20 years, working in Australia, London and Saudi Arabia.
