Our Strategy

The Taradale Business Association goal is for Taradale to be recognised as a key district in Hawke's Bay in which to do business, to live and to enjoy. Our strategic framework is divided into 5 key areas.

Membership.
Develop a regional brand which positions membership to the Taradale Business Association as the association in Hawke's Bay which delivers value to its members and community.

Brand Identity.
Promote a reinvigorated Taradale and build the positioning as Taradale as a place to visit and to base your business.

Events & Attractions.
Invest in excellence in those product, services and experiences/ events that relate to business interests, investors, workers, the lifestyle of local residents, along with visitors tourists; local and international, all of which will contribute to Taradale as being a great place to invest, work, live shop and visit.

Special Projects.
Prioritise and focus on projects that will have a major impact on the performance and image of Taradale. These special projects will support the intention of The Taradale Strategic Plan or specific business objectives such as the creative way finding concept.

Townscape & Security.
Make Taradale accessible and safer for local and visitors. Work with key stakeholders within Hawke's Bay to deliver key services required for a vibrant CBD.
